18) 7.Nov.1995 - Notice to the public-130/95: the use of Pal. Auth. stamps . Postal Authority in the West Bank area is now transferred to the Palestinians . At the same time mail carrying valid Pal. Auth. stamps is allowed to be sent to Israel and abroad .
