19) 21.Nov.1995 - Notice to the public -133/95 : Mail to Israel and abroad . Use of , only , VALID Pal. auth. stamps . As informed on 7.Nov.1995 , letters carrying Pal. Auth. stamps are now allowed on all mail to Israel and abroad . It should be clear that ONLY valid Pal. Auth. stamps are permitted . Letters carrying Non-Valid stamps will not be dealt with .
