The envelope presented below , was sent to Egypt from Jericho on 22.Aug.1995 .According to the agreement between Israel and the Pal. Auth. , Israeli stamps were
permitted to be sold and used at Jericho office only , for a limited time .
The postmarks and handwritten “attempted delivery” (at x3 diff. dates) on rear , testify that the cover reached Egypt .
