Israel’s postage fine - paid by Pal. Auth. stamps chapt. 4g
On 30 Apr.1996 Israel postal control sent a " request to pay postage” form as to pay a fine ,due to missing stamps on posted letter .. The request appears on postal yellow form D.T.524 , asking to pay double of the missing postage plus handling fees , a total of 8.10 NIS .
The recipient paid the fine with Pal. Auth. stamps of 810 Fils . Stamps pasted on the request form, sent from Dura post on 21.May.1996 . Hebron transit postmark added on 27.May,1996 and the form sent to the control office - sorting center in Tel - Aviv Israel . A most unusual dual postal authorities , combination document .
