Use of an Israeli Reg. label , at Betlehem post office
An example of a Pal. Auth. commercial cover sent by registered mail on 15.May.1996 from Betlehem post .and labeled with an Israeli Reg -R- label . The label is cut off at the top ,
thus eliminating the Hebrew name of Betlehem. The Hebrew letter -R- on the right side was deleted by pen .
Posted at the period of shortage of Reg. -R- labels .
